COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

On February 28, 2023, Governor Newsom issued a Proclamation terminating the state’s COVID-19 State of Emergency. The Biden administration also plans to terminate the public health emergency on May 11, 2023. With the end of California’s State of Emergency, the California Department of Public Health (“CDPH”) announced on March 3, 2023 that it has changed its orders and guidance for COVID-19. This Advisory summarizes the key updates and how these updates affect the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Non-Emergency Regulations (“Cal/OSHA Regulations”).

WMRC Guests will no longer be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or official exemptions. Please refer to the Visitor Requirement Checklist above for more information.
